The Executive
Committee
The executive of
the Association shall consist of 5
persons, comprising the Executive Director and
the secretaries of Admin/finance Unit, Training Unit,
Communication Unit and Documentation Unit.
The secretaries shall have responsibility for the operation and
activities of the Association they also
manage its daily business as outlined in the Constitution and
established policies.
Executive
Director
The affairs of SODAPOJ shall be under
the control of the Executive Director with the consultation of
Chair Person working on voluntary basis. The duty of Executive
Director shall be to establish general policies and the strategic
planning of SODAPOJ, which is approved annually by the General
Assembly.
The
Executive Director is appointed by the Chair Person And shall be
the general manager responsible for administration of
SODAPOJ program finance and personnel,
within the framework of the policies and principles established in
the General Assembly.
The
Executive Director
may sign and execute any deeds, contracts or other instruments
which the Executive Committee has authorized to be executed or has
delegated to his or her discretion to execute on behalf of
SODAPOJ,
Secretaries
The
secretaries will be engaged under conditions set from time to time
by the executive director. They also will supervise the different
activity of the Association, as directed by the executive
Director, and shall make a report to each regular meeting of the
executive Committee.
